GENERAL INFORMATION

Every order comes with the correct amount proving pots and lids for the quantity of dough balls ordered.

Dough Dorks pizza dough balls are handmade in Poole, Dorset and slowly fermented for 48 hours to develop flavour, texture and an airy Neapolitan-style crust.

  • Each dough ball typically weighs 260–270g
  • Designed to make approximately one 12-inch pizza
  • Individually portioned and proofed for convenience
  • Snap-frozen to lock in freshness
  • Suitable for Ooni, Gozney, Ninja pizza ovens and conventional home ovens
  • Stretch by hand for best results — do not use a rolling pin
  • Allow the dough to fully defrost and reach room temperature before stretching
  • Slight variations in size, shape and appearance are normal because this is a handmade product

For best results: use semolina flour on your work surface, remove the dough carefully from its pot and stretch from the centre outwards while leaving the outer rim untouched.
